First Floor

The first floor is primarily a sleeping and private zone. Two bedrooms. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Landing and staircase centrally positioned. Outdoor terrace/balcony adjacent to both bedrooms both accessed privately.

Second Floor

The second floor functions as a master bedroom or private suite. With bathroom, toilet and shower and a walk in wardrobe. Direct access to a large private terrace area. Staircase continuing to roof level

Roof Terrace

The roof level is dedicated to outdoor living. Large open roof terrace (approx. 7.5 m × 7.7 m). Staircase enclosure with small service/storage area.
